Salmon and Mango Salad


Take one boneless fillet of salmon and cut into small chunks.

Place Salmon in a bowl and drizzle with the juice of 2 lemons and 1/2 cup white wine.

Add one diced Mango and one finely chopped Chilli Pepper.

Drizzle with a generous quantity of Avocado Oil.

Leave in fridge overnight, tossing occasionally.
