1 Kg of Beef Steak, as fatty as possible. Smear with Black Bean Sauce
and leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
Heat plenty of Olive Oil in a heavy frying pan till it's smoking. Add 1
teaspoon crushed Garlic then the Steak.
When the Steak is almost cooked, add 1 1/2 cups of sliced Shitake Mushrooms and
50 gm Butter.
Fry this for 5 minutes then add 1 cup of pitted, crushed Spanish Green Olives
and 1 cup Cream Cheese.
Take the Steak out of the frypan, add a 1/2 cup white wine then reduce the sauce
on high heat for 5-10 minutes.
Spread the sauce over the Steak and serve with roasted root vegetables and steamed greens.
