Fish and Pasta


Pasta Sauce

Saute one finely chopped red onion in Sesame oil.
Add one each of chopped red, green, yellow capsicums.
When these are cooked, add 3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce and 1 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce.
Simmer for 10 mins.

Fish

Take 2 pounds of fillets of any firm fleshed fish and cut into 1 in cubes.
Marinade in soy sauce and chopped Ginger for at least 2 hours.
Fry very quickly on high heat in Sesame oil.

Serving

Serve on Tagliatelli or other pasta.
Put the fish on the pasta first then ladle on the sauce.
