Lamb Steaks with Fish Sauce


This recipe is a marinade for Lamb Steaks which, after marinading, can then be fried or barbequed.
Put 800g Lamb Steaks in a bowl.
Add the juice, and a little of the flesh, of three Limes.
Add two tablespoons or so of Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam).
Add one tablespoon or so of ground Ginger Root.
Lastly, add a splash of Tamari Soy Sauce and season with Ground Black Pepper.
Marinate for an hour or so, turning occasionally, then cook.
